Refund policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have a manufacturing or delivery defect. When you return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

If you are sending an item worth more than 75 euros, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
